My name is Serena Piselli and I have a master degree in “Building Engineering”. I graduate at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” where I am currently a “Temporary Fellow Researcher” of the Civil Engineering Department, investigating on sustainable systems for sport facilities, assessing the environmental impact of buildings, LCA, economical impact of eco-friendly solutions.
I worked in The Netherland for “AAArchitects”, an architecture firm based in The Hague..
In 2016 I attended the “Interdisciplinary Course of Sustainable Conversion and Urban Regeneration”, and I am involved in a project called “My Home Please!”, focused on the development of NZEB shelters for emergencies.
I firmly believe that I want to hard work for a conscious and responsible development of a zero foot print society, thinking at the buildings as tools to boost equity, to empower people. Building still capable to be in harmony with nature. Architecture and urban design to address our present and future challenges.
